1. Purpose and Scope

 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the entire Bola Queens Zimbabwe Campaign (“Campaign”) and apply to every individual who (a) applies to be considered for selection (“Prospective Queen”) or (b) is formally appointed by Bolabet Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (“Bolabet”) as a contestant (“Contestant”).

 

1.2 The Campaign is a marketing and brand-promotion initiative that showcases Zimbabwean female influencers and personalities who embody confidence, authenticity, and responsible gaming.

 

1.3 These Terms set out the Campaign objectives, eligibility criteria, selection process, mechanics, prizes, obligations, intellectual-property ownership, and legal relationship between Bolabet and each Contestant.

 

1.4 Participation in the Campaign constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

 

2. Campaign Overview – How the Promotion Works

 

2.1 The Campaign runs from 10 October to 21 November 2025 and comprises the following phases:

• Application Phase: Bolabet calls for entries from eligible female influencers.
• Selection Phase: Up to twenty (20) applicants are chosen as official Contestants based on influence, reputation, and brand fit.
• Active Promotion Phase: Contestants compete for points earned through player activity linked to their unique Promo Codes.
• Finale Phase: Leaderboards are verified and prizes awarded to weekly and overall winners.

2.2 Each Contestant is assigned a unique promotional code (“Promo Code”). Players who register, deposit, and bet using that code generate points for the Contestant.

 

2.3 Points System:

 

 

During the active phase of the Bola Queens Zimbabwe Campaign, each Contestant earns points based on verified player activity linked to her unique promotional code (“Promo Code”). The points determine each Contestant’s position on the official leaderboard. Bolabet’s internal tracking systems automatically allocate and record all points in real time. The following activities generate points:

(a) Verified Player Sign-Up – 5 Points

 

Whenever a new player successfully opens a Bolabet account using a Contestant’s Promo Code, five (5) points are awarded to that Contestant.

• The registration must be genuine, completed through Bolabet’s official registration platform, and successfully verified under Bolabet’s Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process.
• Only the first registration per unique player account qualifies. Duplicate or multiple accounts created by the same individual, or accounts failing verification, will not earn points.
• If a registration is later found to be fraudulent, the associated points will be removed without notice.

(b) Deposits and Bets Placed – 1 Point per USD 1

 

Contestants receive one (1) point for every USD 1 that a player deposits into their Bolabet wallet and subsequently wagers using the Contestant’s Promo Code.

• Merely depositing funds is not enough; the deposited amount must actually be staked on eligible bets.
• Withdrawn or un-staked balances, bonuses, or Freebets do not contribute to the point total.
• Only deposits and bets placed within the official Campaign period count toward the leaderboard.

(c) Sports or Casino Bets – 1 Point per USD 1

 

For each USD 1 staked on Sportsbook or Casino games using the Contestant’s Promo Code, the Contestant earns one (1) point.

• Bets that are cancelled, voided, or cashed-out before settlement do not qualify for points.
• Bets placed outside the Campaign period or through any other code will not be counted.
• Points are based on the actual wagered amount shown in Bolabet’s transaction records, not potential winnings.

(d) Shared or Referral Bets – 1 Point per USD 1

 

When a registered player who originally joined using a Contestant’s Promo Code shares a bet link or refers another player, the Contestant earns one (1) point for every USD 1 staked through that verified shared or referred bet.

• The referral or shared bet must be tracked through Bolabet’s official system so that the activity can be linked back to the originating Contestant’s code.
• Only valid, system-recorded referrals count; screenshots or manual submissions will not be accepted.
• Bolabet may review referral patterns and disqualify points resulting from self-referrals, automated sharing, or suspected manipulation.

(e) General Conditions

• Points are automatically calculated by Bolabet’s secure backend system.
• Bolabet’s internal point tallies are final and binding for all leaderboard and prize determinations.
• Any attempt to falsify, automate, or manipulate the tracking process will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all points and prizes.
• Bolabet reserves the right to remove points where underlying transactions are reversed, refunded, or deemed non-compliant with these Terms.

2.4 Weekly Challenges

• Each week of the Bola Queens Zimbabwe Campaign features a themed Weekly Challenge designed to highlight a particular area of player engagement.
• Points earned from these challenges contribute directly to the Contestant’s total on the official leaderboard.
• Bolabet will announce the beginning and end of each challenge week through its website, social-media pages, and internal tracking systems.
• All calculations are based solely on data recorded by Bolabet’s backend system; manual or third-party records will not be accepted.
• Unless otherwise stated, each challenge runs from Monday 00:00 hrs to Sunday 23:59 hrs (CAT) within the campaign period.

(a) Week 1 – “Refer and Rule” – Most New Sign-Ups

• This challenge rewards Contestants whose promotional codes generate the highest number of new, fully verified player registrations during Week 1.
• A “new sign-up” means a first-time Bolabet account created with the Contestant’s Promo Code and successfully verified under Bolabet’s KYC procedures.
• Duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete registrations are automatically excluded.
• If two or more Contestants record the same number of verified sign-ups, the tiebreaker will be determined by the earliest cumulative achievement (i.e., who reached the count first according to system timestamps).
• Bolabet reserves the right to void sign-ups that show patterns of manipulation, self-referral, or bulk automated account creation.

(b) Week 2 – “Bet Like a Queen” – Highest Sportsbook Turnover

• This challenge measures each Contestant’s total Sportsbook turnover (the aggregate amount wagered on sports events) generated through her Promo Code during Week 2.
• One (1) point is credited for every USD 1 wagered on valid Sportsbook bets linked to the Contestant’s code.
• Only settled bets count; cancelled, voided, or cashed-out bets are excluded.
• The Contestant whose linked players achieve the highest verified turnover for the week ranks first.
• Bolabet may audit all wager data to confirm authenticity and ensure that turnover is generated through genuine player activity.

(c) Week 3 – “Casino Royale” – Most Bets on Casino

• This challenge rewards Contestants whose linked players place the greatest number of individual Casino bets during Week 3.
• Both Slots and Table-Game wagers count, provided they are tracked through Bolabet’s system and placed using the Contestant’s Promo Code.
• Points are calculated per bet placed, not per amount wagered.
• Bets made with bonus funds or Freebets are excluded unless expressly authorised by Bolabet.
• In case of a tie in total bet count, the Contestant with the higher verified Casino turnover will rank higher.

(d) Week 4 – “Betshare Rush” – Most Bets on Betshare Code

• The final challenge focuses on Bolabet’s Betshare feature, rewarding Contestants whose followers place the highest number of bets using the Contestant’s shared Betshare link or code.
• A qualifying Betshare occurs when a registered player clicks or enters the Contestant’s shared code and places a valid Sports or Casino bet.
• Each qualifying bet earns one (1) point toward the Contestant’s weekly total.
• Only Betshares properly tracked through Bolabet’s official system are valid; screenshots, manual confirmations, or untracked links do not qualify.
• Any sign of automated activity, coordinated bulk betting, or self-betting under multiple accounts will result in immediate disqualification and loss of all associated points.

(e) General Conditions for Weekly Challenges

• Weekly Challenge standings are reset at the start of each new week, while cumulative points continue to build toward the overall leaderboard.
• Bolabet will announce weekly winners on its website and social-media platforms after internal verification.
• Bolabet’s audit and tracking records are final and binding for all weekly results..
• Bolabet may adjust or withdraw a challenge if technical, regulatory, or fairness considerations require it, and may remove points obtained through fraudulent or non-compliant activity.

2.5 Leaderboards update daily on Bolabet’s website and app and are publicly shared on official social-media channels and WhatsApp broadcasts.

 

2.6 Bolabet may modify the mechanics or timing of challenges to maintain fairness or technical integrity.

 

3. Prizes and Rewards

 

3.1 Weekly Prizes

• a) Each week Bolabet will recognise and reward the top three (3) performing Contestants according to the official verified leaderboard results for that specific week:
  • 1st Place – USD 200 cash
  • 2nd Place – USD 150 cash
  • 3rd Place – USD 100 cash
• b) Bolabet’s internal audit team will verify the totals before any announcement or payment is made.
• c) The weekly prize is a recognition of performance for that week only and it does not automatically guarantee a leading position on the overall campaign leaderboard.
• d) The position is determined strictly by Bolabet’s verified points data, which includes all tracked player interactions linked to the Contestant’s Promo Code.
• e) If two or more Contestants record identical point totals, Bolabet will apply the tiebreaker rule (based first on total verified player deposits and, if still equal, on earliest achieved totals).
• f) Bolabet’s leaderboard data, verified by its monitoring systems, will be the final determinant of ranking and payout eligibility.

3.2 Payment and Verification of Weekly Prizes

• a) All weekly prizes are paid in United States Dollars (USD) only, by bank transfer, Ecocash, or cash collection at Bolabet’s discretion.
• b) Payments are made only after full verification of all relevant transactions and activity data for that week.
• c) Winners must complete Bolabet’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process before any payment is released.
• d) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-convertible into other forms of compensation.
• e) In the event of technical discrepancies, suspected manipulation, or player irregularities linked to a Contestant’s Promo Code, Bolabet may delay or withhold payment pending further investigation.
• f) Bolabet’s verified and audited records will be final and binding for determining all weekly prize outcomes.

3.3 30-Day Claim Window

 

Weekly winners must acknowledge receipt of their prize notification and complete any required verification within thirty (30) days of Bolabet’s announcement. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited and reallocated at Bolabet’s discretion.

 

3.4 Public Announcement

 

Weekly winners will be announced on Bolabet’s official social-media platforms, website, and other communication channels following verification. By accepting a prize, each winner authorises Bolabet to use her name, likeness, and image for publicity and marketing purposes without further approval or additional compensation.

 

3.5 Grand Prize

• a) The Contestant with the highest verified total points at the end of the campaign will be crowned Bolabet Queen Zimbabwe 2025 and will receive:
  • A six-month Brand Ambassador Contract valued at USD 3 000; and
  • USD 500 cash.
• b) All payments are made in USD only by bank transfer, Ecocash, or cash collection at Bolabet’s discretion and only after identity and KYC verification.
• c) Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of notification results in forfeiture.
• d) Contestants acknowledge that they are independent contractors and bear sole responsibility for any personal tax liability arising from their prizes or ambassador fees.
• e) Bolabet reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
• f) The Brand Ambassador contract will be governed by a separate agreement between Bolabet Zimbabwe (Private) Limited and the winning Queen.

4. Eligibility and Application

 

4.1 Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• a) Only female applicants aged 18 years or older on the date of application are eligible. Bolabet may request proof of age through a valid national identification document, passport, or driver’s licence.
• b) Applicants must be permanent residents or citizens of Zimbabwe and ordinarily living in the country during the Campaign period. Proof of residence (for example, a utility bill or affidavit) may be required.
• c) Applications must include valid, current identification so Bolabet can satisfy Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-fraud requirements.
• d) Applicants must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and must not be under any professional, contractual, or legal restriction that would prevent participation.

Any application failing to meet these requirements will be deemed invalid without further notice.

4.2 Application Process

• a) Applications must be submitted exclusively through Bolabet’s official online form or portal specified in the Campaign announcement. Entries submitted through unofficial links, social-media messages, or third-party intermediaries will not be accepted.
• b) All required fields must be accurately completed, including name, contact details, social-media handles, and any requested media samples or content. Incomplete or misleading entries will automatically be disqualified.
• c) By submitting an application, each applicant warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that any accompanying content (such as photos or videos) is original and owned by the applicant.
• d) Applications may not be edited or resubmitted after the published deadline unless Bolabet specifically authorises it in writing.

Bolabet bears no responsibility for applications lost, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise not received due to technical problems or user error.

4.3 Verification and Background Checks

• a) Bolabet reserves the right to verify all personal details and information supplied, including identity documents, contact numbers, and addresses.
• b) Bolabet may review social-media accounts, engagement metrics, and publicly available online information to ensure suitability and brand alignment.
• c) Bolabet may also conduct background checks concerning criminal records, professional reputation, or previous disciplinary issues in accordance with applicable laws.
• d) If any false, misleading, or incomplete information is discovered at any stage, Bolabet may reject or revoke the application immediately and permanently bar the applicant from future campaigns.
• e) Applicants consent to such verification and background-screening activities by submitting their applications.

4.4 Ineligible Persons

 

To ensure compliance, fairness, and responsible-gaming principles, the following individuals are strictly ineligible to apply for or participate in the Bola Queens Zimbabwe Campaign:

• a) Persons under the age of 18 years on the date of application, regardless of parental consent or supervision.
• b) Employees, officers, directors, contractors, or consultants of Bolabet Zimbabwe (Private) Limited or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies.
• c) Agents, suppliers, or external service providers directly involved in Bolabet’s marketing, advertising, or operational activities; and
• d) Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or any person residing in the same household) of any individual listed above.

If Bolabet later discovers that a Contestant falls within any of these ineligible categories, Bolabet may immediately terminate her participation, revoke any prizes or awards, and, where appropriate, report the matter to regulatory authorities.

 

4.5 Bolabet’s selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

 

5. Legal Status and Relationship

 

5.1 Each Contestant participates in the Campaign strictly as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Bolabet and any Contestant.

 

5.2 Because no employment relationship exists, Contestants are not entitled to salaries, benefits, allowances, or statutory contributions of any kind. Bolabet shall not deduct or remit PAYE or any other statutory deductions, and each Contestant is solely responsible for declaring and paying her own taxes or statutory obligations.

 

5.3 Contestants have no authority to act, represent, or speak on behalf of Bolabet, and may not enter into any commitments, contracts, or communications that purport to bind Bolabet without prior written authorisation from management.

 

6. Obligations of Contestants

 

6.1 Contestants shall:

• a) Promote Bolabet responsibly, honestly, and in a manner consistent with the brand’s image and values;
• b) Create original and lawful content aligned with Bolabet’s creative direction;
• c) Include responsible-gaming messaging where appropriate;
• d) Observe professional standards in all public and online conduct; and
• e) Promptly remove, correct, or cease use of any content or statement upon Bolabet’s written request.

6.2 Contestants shall not:

• a) Publish or share material that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful;
• b) Promote or display the branding of any other betting, gaming, or competing service during the Campaign;
• c) Manipulate the Campaign through self-referrals, automated systems, or other fraudulent behaviour; or
• d) Breach Zimbabwean law, advertising regulations, or Bolabet’s brand-conduct guidelines.

6.3 Bolabet reserves the right to audit, monitor, and review Contestant activity at any time. Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate removal from the Campaign and forfeiture of prizes or payments without further compensation.

 

7. Bolabet’s Rights and Responsibilities

 

7.1 Bolabet will provide Contestants with official Promo Codes, creative guidelines, and reasonable marketing support materials for use during the Campaign.

 

7.2 Bolabet retains full ownership of all trademarks, logos, promotional materials, systems, and creative assets associated with the Campaign.

 

7.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review and approve all public communications, media posts, and appearances connected to the Campaign, and may require modification or removal of any material that it considers inappropriate or non-compliant.

 

7.4 Bolabet may suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part, if technical failures, regulatory directions, or security concerns arise, without incurring any liability beyond confirmed prizes already due.

 

8. Content and Intellectual-Property Ownership

 

8.1 All materials, images, videos, text, or other creative content produced or submitted by Contestants in connection with the Campaign (“Content”) automatically become the exclusive property of Bolabet upon creation or submission.

 

8.2 Contestants hereby assign and transfer to Bolabet all rights, title, and interest in such Content worldwide, including copyright, image rights, and any related intellectual-property rights.

 

8.3 Bolabet may use, edit, reproduce, publish, or distribute the Content in any format or media for advertising or archival purposes without further approval or payment.

 

8.4 Contestants waive any moral rights in the Content and agree to sign any document reasonably required to confirm Bolabet’s ownership.

 

8.5 Each Contestant warrants that her Content is original and does not infringe third-party rights, and agrees to indemnify and hold Bolabet harmless against any claim or liability arising from such infringement or breach.

 

9. Compliance and Responsible Gaming

 

9.1 Contestants may not target or appeal to persons under the age of 18 and must avoid encouraging irresponsible or excessive gambling.

 

9.2 Bolabet may issue binding written instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory and advertising standards; failure to adhere to such instructions constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification from the Campaign.

 

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

 

10.1 Contestants may be given access to confidential or proprietary information relating to Bolabet’s operations, marketing plans, or data systems. Such information must be kept strictly confidential and may not be disclosed, reproduced, or used for personal benefit either during or after the Campaign.

 

10.2 Bolabet processes personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act and its Privacy Policy available at www.bolabet.co.zw.

 

10.3 Data collected may include names, identification numbers, contact details, and social-media information, and is used solely for administrative, compliance, and communication purposes.

 

10.4 Bolabet may share personal data with authorised service providers, auditors, or regulators where legally required, and implements reasonable measures to safeguard such data.

 

10.5 Contestants may request access to or correction of their personal data by contacting support@bolabet.co.zw.

 

11. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

 

11.1 Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and entirely at each Contestant’s own risk.

 

11.2 Bolabet shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage - direct, indirect, or consequential -arising from participation, suspension, or termination of the Campaign, or from technical failures or third-party systems outside its control.

 

11.3 Each Contestant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Bolabet harmless from any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees on an attorney-and-own-client scale) resulting from:

• a) Any breach of these Terms;
• b) Any content or communication produced by the Contestant; or
• c) Any unlawful or negligent act or omission in connection with the Campaign.

11.4 Bolabet’s total aggregate liability to any Contestant shall not exceed the total value of the prizes duly awarded to that Contestant.

 

11.5 This indemnity and limitation of liability shall survive the termination or expiry of the Campaign.

 

12. Termination and Suspension

 

12.1 Bolabet may terminate or suspend a Contestant’s participation immediately if she breaches these Terms, fails to follow instructions, engages in misconduct, or acts in a manner likely to damage Bolabet’s reputation.

 

12.2 Termination or suspension does not entitle the Contestant to any further payment beyond verified prizes earned prior to such termination.

 

12.3 Bolabet may cancel or postpone the entire Campaign due to technical failure, regulatory direction, or any event of force majeure without incurring liability.

 

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

13.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.

 

13.2 Any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to Bolabet Customer Support for informal resolution.

 

13.3 If the dispute remains unresolved after informal engagement, either Party may issue written notice of dispute, and the Parties shall in good faith attempt to resolve it through direct discussions between authorised representatives.

 

13.4 If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of such written notice, the Parties may, by mutual agreement, refer the matter to mediation or arbitration in Zimbabwe in accordance with the Arbitration Act.

 

13.5 Nothing in these Terms prevents Bolabet from approaching a competent court of law for urgent or injunctive relief, including where immediate action is necessary to protect its reputation, confidential information, or intellectual property.

 

13.6 The decision of the arbitrator (where applicable) shall be final and binding, and may be made an order of any court of competent jurisdiction.

 

14. Acknowledgement and Responsible Gaming

 

By applying to or participating in the Bola Queens Zimbabwe Campaign, each Contestant confirms that she has read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, and agrees to act in accordance with Bolabet’s policies, directions, and the principles of responsible gaming.

 

Bolabet Zimbabwe (Private) Limited is a licensed betting operator promoting responsible gaming. Only persons aged 18 years or older may participate. Winners know when to stop.
