1. Promotion Overview
Bolabet Bonanza gives you the chance to win exciting weekly prizes simply by playing your favourite casino games. For every $1 bet placed on any casino game, you will earn one entry into that week’s draw. The more you bet, the more entries you receive! There is no limit to how many you can accumulate. For example, a single $10 bet will grant you 10 entries.
Each week, 20 winners will be randomly selected to receive a variety of prizes, including a Samsung A25 smartphone, 5kg Cadac gas tanks with two-plate stoves, cash rewards, and free bet vouchers.
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Bolabet Bonanza Promotion offered by Bolabet (Zimbabwe) Private Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, General Betting Rules, and the applicable terms of the participating casino games, all available on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.co.zw.
2. Promotion Period
- The promotion will commence at 12:00 PM CAT on 9 June 2025 and run until 12:30 PM CAT on 5 July 2025.
- All times related to the promotion are determined by the server time of the Bolabet website.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is subject to the following conditions:
- Players must be at least 18 years of age and residents of Zimbabwe.
- Participation is open only to Bolabet customers holding a valid Bolabet account registered on www.bolabet.co.zw.
- Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding prizes.
- Employees, officers, and consultants of Bolabet or any of its affiliates (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.
4. Bolabet Bonanza Mechanics
4.1 How It Works:
- Place a real money bet of $1 or more on any casino game on the Bolabet platform during the promotion period.
- Each $1 bet equals one entry into the weekly draw. (For example, a $10 bet earns 10 entries.)
- There is no cap on entries, bet more to earn more chances to win.
4.2 Qualifying Bets:
- Bets must be placed with real money; bonus funds (free bets, free spins, or other promotional bonuses) do not count toward entries.
- To be included in a week’s draw, you must have at least one qualifying real-money bet during that week.
5. Weekly Draws and Winner Announcements
A total of four weekly draws will be conducted throughout the promotion period, taking place on the following Saturdays:
- Draw 1 – 14 June 2025
- Draw 2 – 21 June 2025
- Draw 3 – 28 June 2025
- Draw 4 – 5 July 2025
Each draw will produce 20 winners, randomly selected from the pool of qualifying entries for that week.
Winners will be publicly announced via Bolabet’s official social media platforms and individually notified by SMS.
6. Prize Structure per Draw:
- 1st Prize: Samsung A25 smartphone
- 2nd Prize: 5kg Cadac Gas Tank & 2-Plate Stove
- 3rd Prize: $50 cash
- 4th Prize: $20 free bet
- 5th Prize: $18 free bet
- 6th Prize: $16 free bet
- 7th Prize: $14 free bet
- 8th Prize: $12 free bet
- 9th Prize: $10 free bet
- 10th–20th Prize: $5 free bet each
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Each free bet will remain valid for a period of three (3) days from the time of being credited. Expired free bets cannot be reinstated, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Example: If a free bet is credited at 2:00 PM CAT on Saturday, 14 June 2025, it will remain valid until 2:00 PM CAT on Tuesday, 17 June 2025. If not used within this time, it will automatically expire and be forfeited. Winners are strongly encouraged to use their free bets within the validity period to avoid expiry.
7. General Terms and Conditions
7.1 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed prizes for any reason and without prior notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.
7.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity or proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of winnings.
7.3 To ensure the fairness and integrity of this promotion, each participant is strictly limited to one prize per weekly draw. The use of multiple Bolabet accounts by the same individual to obtain additional entries or to claim more than one prize is strictly prohibited. If a participant is found to have submitted entries using multiple Bolabet accounts, all associated entries may be disqualified, and any prizes awarded may be revoked at Bolabet’s sole discretion.
7.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.
7.5 Bolabet reserves the right to review customer activity and submitted entries to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, manipulation attempts, or breaches of these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
7.6 It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries or withhold any prizes if such participation is found to be in breach of Zimbabwean law.
7.7 By entering this promotion, participants agree:
- That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information (such as name, contact number, ID number) for the purposes of administering the promotion.
- To participate in reasonable post-event publicity and the use of their name and photographs in promotional content.
- To receive promotional communications from Bolabet and its partners.
7.8 By participating, players acknowledge that information provided is collected by Bolabet as outlined in its Privacy Policy available on Bolabet’s website: www.bolabet.co.zw. Players acknowledge and agree that Bolabet may collect, store, and process their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including but not limited to name, contact details, and betting activity. Bolabet may also use standard technologies such as cookies and tracking tools to monitor usage patterns, detect fraud, ensure system integrity, and personalise player experience across its platforms. Players have the right to request access to or correction of their personal data as provided for under applicable data protection laws.
7.9 This promotion is not open to directors, officers, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet or any associated service providers, including their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
7.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize from this promotion, each participant (including but not limited to entrants, ticket holders, winners, and any other individuals involved in the promotion) hereby agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bolabet Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, auditors, and authorised representatives (collectively, “Bolabet and its affiliates”) from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings, costs (including legal fees on an attorney-and-own-client scale), and expenses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of, in connection with, or related to their participation in this Promotion, the acceptance, use, misuse, or non-receipt of any prize or promotional item awarded under this promotion, any breach of these terms and conditions or the General Betting Rules of Bolabet, any alleged or actual infringement of any law, regulation, or third-party right by the participant, any negligent act or omission by the participant during or in connection with the promotion, including falsification of identity or submission of inaccurate information, any injury (including personal injury or death), loss, or damage sustained by the participant or any third party during the course of or in connection with participation in the promotion or receipt of a prize. This indemnity shall be binding upon the participant and their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Bolabet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from the suspension, modification, or termination of the promotion, the conduct of the prize draws, or the allocation or distribution of prizes. Participants expressly acknowledge and accept that participation in this promotion is entirely at their own risk.
